2026 Gold Fest Artisan Market Vendor Application

  1. Vendors make Gold Fest a success! Whether you're sharing handmade goods or explaining your one-of-a-kind services, you’re a big part of what makes this event special. We can’t wait to work with you!

    Note: Food Court applications are closed. Only Food Court vendors may prepare food in the festival zone.

    Three-day vendors will be open noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the Train Depot, 430 N. Main St. One-day vendors will be open noon to 8 p.m. Saturday, lining Main Street from Central Ave. north to the Train Depot.

    Information regarding load-in and load-out, booth location, and more will be sent with acceptance emails.

  3. List all products to be sold. Merchandise is subject to review and approval. Trademarked items require licensing. Experience El Dorado may use your description for marketing.

  8. One-day or Three-day Vendor*

    Three-day vendors will open noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at Train Depot, 430 N. Main St. Vendors are responsible for securing their booths overnight.

    One-day vendors will be open noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, lining Main Street from Central Ave. north to the Train Depot.

    Please select if you would like to be considered as a three-day vendor only, a one-day vendor only, or if you would like to be considered for either vendor type.

  9. Three-day Vendors Only

    Three-day vendors may be placed inside the Train Depot, on the Train Depot lawn, or in the Train Depot parking lot. Please select if you have a preference for your booth to be indoor or outdoor, and we will do our best to accommodate.

  10. All federal, state, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax. Proof of valid State of Kansas Tax ID is required with application. Enter N/A if you are not selling merchandise.

  12. List license types and numbers. Proof of appropriate licenses must be onsite, including permission to sell trademarked merchandise. Festival vendors are subject to inspection by the Kansas Department of Agriculture and Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

  14. Number of Booth Spaces

    Indicate the number of 10-foot by 10-foot booth spaces you'd like to reserve. Each booth space will be charged the fee, if applicable.

  15. Additional Information

    Merchandise is subject to review and approval. Multi-tier and direct sales businesses will not be approved.

    All vendors must apply and be accepted. Applications close on July 31 at 11:59 p.m. Vendors will be notified via email within two weeks if the application was accepted.

    Vendor Fees

    • Gold Fest Sponsors: Free
    • Non-profit and 501c3 organizations: Free
    • One-day vendors (Saturday only): $75
    • Three-day vendors (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday): $100

    The City of El Dorado will call approved vendors for payment after application is accepted. You may pay over the phone or in person at El Dorado City Hall.  

    Booth Space

    Artisan Market vendors will receive a 10-foot by 10-foot booth space and must stay within their space.

    Vendors must provide their own electricity, using quiet generators or power stations. Vendors must provide their own tents/canopies, tables, and chairs. Tents/canopies must be weighted with at least 25 pounds per pole.

    Marketing

    Experience El Dorado may promote your business or organization on its social media pages. All vendors will be listed on experienceeldo.com.

    Weather

    This is a rain or shine event. Adjustments may be made for extreme heat or severe weather. No refunds or exchanges will be made in event of cancellation by vendor.
