Drivers will begin to see traffic control along Central Avenue as Nowak Construction gets ready to begin construction on Central Avenue Monday, June 10.
Crews will begin saw-cutting Central Avenue Monday to begin the water line work in Phase One. During the work, the speed limit will be reduced to 20 miles per hour and the right lane will be closed on westbound Central from just west of the railroad underpass to Main Street, with Vine Street temporarily closed for a while during this time.
